Bookings made through this website reserve a testing slot or service appointment; they do not constitute completion of any government registration, approval, or transaction, which remains subject to the relevant authority's own process.

3. Bookings, Fees, and Cancellations

Prices shown for our services are for the testing, inspection, or convenience service itself and exclude any separate government fees or fines payable to the relevant authority. Bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us in advance; fees already paid for completed services are non-refundable.

4. Jurisdiction and Laws

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the local laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

5. Intellectual Property
